7-Eleven: Go to any outlet of 7-Eleven and make repayment via CLiQQ machine or CLiQQ app.

4. How to Calculate Repayment?

Repayment requires principal and 1% interest, and if overdue, the high overdue fee will be charged; if repayment is made in advance, the cost will still be calculated according to the agreed lending term.

5. How to confirm whether the repayment is successful?

After repayment, please check the repayment status in time in [My]-[Loan Record]-[Loan Details]. When the page shows “Your repayment is made successfully”, it indicates that the repayment is successful.

1. What are the consequences for overdue payment?

A. Overdue payment will cause corresponding overdue fees, and the longer the overdue time, the higher the overdue cost. Please repay on time and keep a good credit record.

B. If you are overdue for a long time, you will be recorded on the blacklist of the network credit or there is a legal dispute, you cannot enjoy the convenient financial services.

C. If you are overdue for a long time, we will track the payment (including visit the door to urge payment) until the arrears and fees are recovered.

2. What to do if users don't have enough money to repay in time?

You can renew the loan and pay an additional 5% renewal fee of lending amount on the basis of settlement of interest and overdue charges. After the renewal is successful, you can extend the lending period for 7 days and no additional overdue charges will be incurred during the renewal period.

3. How to charge renewal fees?

The interest generated by lending, the overdue fee caused by overdue lending and the renewal fee of 5% of the amount of lending.

4. How to charge overdue fees?

If the repayment fails to be paid on the day of agreed in the contract, it shall be deemed as overdue then a penalty should be paid. on the first day of penalty shall be 5% of the loan amount. After the first day of overdue, the penalty is 2% of the loan amount per day.
